Measures 6 inches (15cm) in diameter. Marked to the base with the Paragon star mark and "PARAGON CHINA ENGLAND Tinker Tailor Series" This illustration comes from the Tinker Tailor book by Louis Wain first published in 1914 by Raphael Tuck.
