TAIL WAGGERS PALS
has the stamp of the TAIL WAGGERS CLUB, HELP MY PALS, the Tailwaggers club was founded in 1928 by Captain Horace Hobbs. Dogs that became members of the club received a special collar medallion engraved with the logo and the motto. Within a year the club had more than 200,000 dogs enrolled, enabling 20,000 pounds to be donated to help the work of the Royal Veterinary College. info courtesy of White Hills Farm listing
