Undated, but approx 1920's-1930's. Red, green or blue cloth covers with pictorial pastedown illustration to front board, and gilt titles to spine. Some titles also come with cheaper linen type cloth cover with no picture. Catalogue to rear pages. Colour plate to frontispiece, plus five full page illustrations in text with several black and white drawings throughout. come with and without THE GOLDEN TREASURY LIBRARY on spine, originally issued with an ARTISTIC WRAPPER IN FULL COLOUR originally eight titles but expanded to twenty one, more titles listed but all seem legitimate, some come with Tuck advertising to back pages
