One side has four images with slots in which to place the appropriate figural pieces, the other has two story pages and the front and back cover images. When not in use the figural pieces can be kept in the envelope section attached to the back cover with the instructions and the book can be folded up to it's original size. SOME come with fold out versions with envelopes and some with stapled versions where the pages do not fold out and no envelope. Some were reproduced by the SHACKMAN company.
